Meet Rachel
From restaurant critic to private chef
Rachel has never met a menu she didn't want to read twice. A lifelong foodie and former food and restaurant critic, she spent years eating her way through kitchens and having opinions about all of it. Eventually she decided to stop just critiquing and start cooking, training in both culinary arts and baking at the Park City Culinary Institute. Now she's the private chef behind some very happy tables in Park City, Utah.

The approach
Built from what you love
Here's her philosophy: your dinner should taste like you, not like a template. Every menu starts with what you love (and what you'd rather never see on a plate again) and gets built from there. Her specialty is local Utah cuisine with a little flair: pan-seared Utah trout, slow-roasted local lamb, hearty Dutch-oven braises for snowy nights, summer desserts starring Bear Lake raspberries and Green River melons, and yes, fry sauce, all grown up and dressed for dinner. If it's in season and grown nearby, it's probably headed for your table.

Paste a client's review here, in their own words. Two or three sentences about the food and the night work best.
Add a second review. One from a vacation-rental guest speaks directly to ski-season visitors.
Add a third review. A dinner party or celebration client rounds out the set.
